High Performance Stainless Steel Brake Lines Kits

Our Teflon Stainless Steel Braided brake lines kit replaces the rubber flex hoses came with your vehicle. Each kit is custom made to fit the specified application thus no modification is required to install them onto your vehicle.

A large percentage of your brake pedal travel is due to expansion of the hydraulic hoses under pressure and high operating temperature. Replacing the rubber flex hoses with our stainless steel reinforced Teflon hoses eliminates this expansion and helps dissipate heat generated by braking, thus giving you a firm positive feel of your braking system. Magnum Stainless Steel Brake lines are fully covered with PVC thus give it extra protection against deterioration by environmental elements, not every brand on the market gives you this extra protection. All Magnum Stainless Steel Brake lines are tested to a pressure of 4500psi. All the hangers and holders came with our kits are made of anodized aluminum to resist corrosion. Magnum Stainless Steel Brake Lines Kit covers most of the better imports applications. All Magnum Stainless Steel brake lines kits come with a limited warranty of 2 years against defects; please contact your local dealer for details.

High Performance Stainless Steel Clutch Line

Magnum Stainless Steel braided hydraulic clutch line directly replaces the original line. The fittings on these lines are custom made to each application and are made of anodized aluminum, which will give life time of service. These lines, like all the other Magnum stainless steel braided brake lines are also cover with a layer of PVC for extra protection.

With the Magnum clutch line, you will experience a more positive clutch pedal feel and faster clutch reaction. This can be achieved because the expansion rate of these stainless steel braided lines is close to none compare to soft rubber original lines which expands even more when aged, thus decreases clutch operation responsiveness. Also, the original rubber clutch line which has been "baked" inside the hot engine bay for 5 or more years may fail and causes difficult clutch activities. Magnum Stainless Steels Clutch Lines catalogue covers most of the better import and domestic automobiles. All our stainless steel clutch lines are covered by warranty for 2 years against defects; please contact your local dealer for details.

High Performance Brake Pads

Most original brake pads offer reasonable stopping power but not quite adequate for serious drivers who require better braking performance, Magnum High Performance Brake Pads are designed for this type of drivers. Magnum High Performance Brake Pads are made of our exclusive ceramic and metallic formula which delivers exceptional stopping power and pedal feel while minimizes rotor wear and brake squeal. The braking performance does not vary in extreme low and high temperatures, wet or dry. We at Magnum also understand that most drivers prefer not to sacrifice the appearance of their vehicle for better braking performance, thus we design brake pads that produce minimum brake dust that would keep your wheels clean for a longer time than most of the performance brake pads available in the market. Magnum High Performance brake pads catalogue covers most of the common vehicle applications; please check with your local dealers for details.

High Performance Sport Rotors

All Magnum Original Cross-Drilled Rotors and Magnum Ultra Cross-Drilled Rotors are made to fit original factory calipers. All our cross-drilled brake rotors including both Magnum Original and Magnum Ultra lineup match the vehicles original equipment rotors dimensions and are fully compatible with its hubs, brake calipers and road wheels of the vehicle, and employ one-piece vented or solid rotors depending on the vehicles original equipment specifications. Each rotor is precisely machined by CNC machines. The drill pattern is designed to give optimum cooling but not to sacrifice durability, nor do they significantly reduce swept area. Lots of holes may "look" great, but every hole takes away a small amount of braking surface (swept area). Too many holes create a meaningful loss of swept area and ultimate braking power, not to mention a loss of overall strength. Starting with select castings, Magnum drilled brake rotors undergo the race-born practice of cross drilling to provide multiple paths to disperse built-up heat and gasses. The Magnum rotorscross-drilled holes are bi-angle chamfered at the rotors outer surfaces to help reduce the cracking caused by repeated, high stress, high temperature brake applications. Magnum Original and Ultra cross-drilled brake rotors are sold in axle pairs and they are available to most older to newer vehicles. Please contact your local dealer for details.

Cross-Drilled Brake Rotors

Magnum Cross-Drilled Brake Rotors are for drivers who want to improve the look and performance of their vehicles original braking system at a reasonable price. Magnum cross-drilled brake rotors provide excellent stopping power in everyday traffic, as well as more spirited, high performance street and highway driving. Most Magnum Cross-Drilled Rotors are directional and when in motion, the vents draw air from the center of the rotor outward. This airflow, over an increased internal surface area, very effectively dissipates heat. Cross drilling adds to this airflow, as well as providing additional surface cooling. It also helps the rotor to cool more evenly, eliminating hot spots and greatly reducing brake pulsation. All Magnum Cross-Drilled Rotors are made of high carbon iron to ensure longer life and quiet operation.

ULTRA Cross-Drilled Brake Rotors

Magnum ULTRA Cross-Drilled brake rotors feature all the advantages of Magnum Cross-Drilled Rotors plus the followings:
  • Cryogenic treated. This process permanently and dramatically improves the performance and useful life our Magnum Ultra Cross-Drilled brake rotors. Using a proprietary computer-controlled process, the rotor is cooled slowly to deep cryogenic temperatures (-300F), and slowly returned to room temperature, then heat-tempered as the final step. Computer technology allows us to regulate temperatures to 1 degree, accurately manipulating our Cryo treatment in accordance with the mass of your parts. Although not apparent to the naked eye, the improvements to the metal are significant. Deep cryogenic processing creates dramatic increases in abrasive wear resistance and durability. The increases in tensile strength, toughness and stability couple with the release of internal residual stresses.
  • Nickel Cadmium coated. This process is for corrosion resistance to help eliminate rust and to offer a bold, aggressive appearance to enhance the look of your vehicle.
  • Longer service life. The Magnum Ultra Cross-Drilled Brake Rotors normally last 15% longer than most OEM rotors due to the fact that the Cryogenic treated metal used in these rotors are more resistance to wear and tear, as well as rotor warp which causes most premature rotors replacement.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Drilled rotors offered as OEM replacements should not be considered appropriate for high-speed track use. While cross-drilled rotors offer an enhanced appearance and add some resistance to the boundary layer of gasses that can build up between the pad and rotor, they are not designed to withstand the extreme temperatures and stress that are produced on the racetrack. If they are used on the track, it is very important that the rotors be carefully inspected and should not be driven on if even minor signs of deterioration are seen. Please note that if any products are used on the track they are not warrantable.
